Armed Forces Covenant - Bronze Award

The Leading Edge Performance team has Veterans of the UK Armed Forces throughout the organisation and we are keen to honour their past and support them in the present and future.

From helping people translate their experiences into new landscapes, positively representing the Armed Forces community in our work and to our network, to providing high quality, flexible opportunities for Veterans, Leading Edge Performance is proud to support the Armed Forces Covenant. In September 2025 we were awarded Bronze.

The Armed Forces Covenant scheme exists to ensure that members of the Armed Forces, Veterans, Reservists and their families should face no disadvantage compared to other citizens.

By signing it organisations demonstrate their commitment to this community and recognise the value of the contribution they have made to society as a whole.
