Grounded in our experience with successful elite high-performance teams, our tailored support to matrixed, intact and remote teams usually brings to life six interlinked components of our Highly Effective Teams© framework (HET).

Embedded in each team’s context and ambition, supported by captured Human Intelligence insights, our Team Coaches curate and facilitate a series of performance focused working sessions to unleash team potential.

Our Gold Standard approach includes:

  • Discovery connection calls with every team member and the expert Team Coach to establish rapport
  • Human Intelligence expertise to capture collective themes and insights, through unique approaches like Narrative Arc©  or Decompression & Debriefing for Performance© 

  • 4-5 designed and curated working days with each team, using the HET framework as a foundation, with careful priming and environmental design​

  • 1-2-1 performance coaching for team members ​
