Our Initiatives

To uphold our DE & I values, we have implemented the following 

  • Diversity Awareness Advisor: Providing the leadership team with ongoing education and facilitation through the appointment of a Performance Advisor.  
  • Inclusive Hiring Practices: Actively seeking out diverse candidates and implementing unbiased recruitment processes. 
  • Diversified Team Connection formats: Deliberately focused on diversifying our Team Days, learning sessions and celebrations to become more inclusive in format and focus

We understand that promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion is an ongoing journey. We are committed to continuously evaluating and improving our policies and practices to ensure they align with our DE&I goals.
