Chris Cracknell
Team Coach
I've had incredible opportunities to work with great teams throughout my career. As a professional rugby player and coach for 20 years, I played for clubs like Bath and Exeter Chiefs, represented England in 7s at World Cups and Commonwealth games, and coached Fiji 7s to Olympic gold in 2016. I've also developed rugby programs in the USA, China, and now oversee 7s in Belgium.
My coaching, shaped by experiences in diverse cultures, is enriched with knowledge and skills from around the world. In Fiji, I helped expand the women’s Rugby program from 150 to 1800 players, leading to a bronze medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
My unique story emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and resilience. If sports has taught me anything, it’s tenacity—turning setbacks into opportunities for growth, a principle I now apply in business coaching.
