Team Coach

I’m a leadership advisor and sustainability expert with a career spanning over 20 years, five continents, and most sectors.I’ve directed major national advocacy campaigns, led a national fair trade body, worked for the world’s biggest food company and at Director level for large communications agencies.

I was invited by the world’s biggest PR body to write a book on sustainability communications (published in 2020) and currently  lead an executive education course for the prestigious Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and coach leaders because they ask me to, not because I set out to become a coach. I have twelve years (and counting) as a management consultant with expertise in behaviour change communications, neuroscience, governance and leadership.

My ultimate goal in everything I do is to help others have genuine, measurable impact, while allowing themselves and those around them to be actual human beings. My approach is playful, welcoming and infectious. We can get further faster together if it’s fun. My deep and wide professional experience, qualifications in leadership and mindfulness, two degrees in politics and nine years as a somatic movement coach give me plenty of tools to play with.
