"My high-performance item is this bronze medal. Music has always been in my blood. From school choirs to singing in pub cover bands, it's been a constant. In 2022, as a founder member of an A Capella group, we challenged ourselves by entering a national Barbershop competition. While Barbershop isn’t quite my style, I loved the technical precision it demanded. Months of preparation built trust and confidence in ourselves and each other, ensuring every chord, timing, and breath was spot on. With no expectations, we aimed to enjoy the experience—and ended up winning bronze! For me, that’s high-performance: commit to the process, and results will follow."
