I joined Leading Edge Performance as a Team Coach in 2016 after leading teams and running retail businesses in the UK. My career began at BHS, then Burton Group/Arcadia Group, where I held various positions, including Area Manager, Head of Marketing at Top Shop, General Manager of Top Shop Oxford Circus, and Retail Director overseeing a £300m business.

After three years as Retail Managing Director at The Body Shop, working with Dame Anita Roddick, I transitioned to supporting charities and social enterprises as COO, Chief Executive, and Chair.

I chaired The ELLA Foundation for five years, coaching and mentoring charity chief executives, and currently chair Sing Inside, which brings singing workshops into prisons.

I love leading, developing, and facilitating teams, managing change, and I'm passionate about coaching and speaking. I describe myself as a champion of people engagement.
